SNG College of Advanced Studies, Chelannur upholds the philosophy and ideals of Sree Narayana Guru (1854-1928), the patron saint of all Sree Narayana Institutions. The college was established and stands for the realization of its vision “Liberation through Education” as envisaged by Sree Narayana Guru, the guiding light of our college. The life and teachings of Sree Narayana Guru, our guiding spirit has been instrumental in illuminating the best ways to cure the social, cultural and intellectual ills of all times. Guru preached Oneness of Humanity and propagated the ideal One caste, One Religion and one God for Human kind. The vision, mission and objectives of the college embraces Guru's ideals of Humanism, Secularism and Universal brotherhood.
