PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION (P.T.A.) With a view of promoting healthy relationship among the members of staff, parents and students, a parent teacher association is functioning in the college. The aim of P.T.A. is to promote the welfare of the students and the institution in general by helping the Principal in maintaining a peaceful academic atmosphere in the college and also to provide amenities in the campus by collecting subscriptions and donations from members and non-members. Every parent becomes a member of the association at the time of admission of their ward into the college and staff members are the members of the P.T.A. automatically. The office bearers are elected in the general body meeting after the completion of the admission. Dr. N. Manojkumar, Principal (President) Sri. aaaaaaa (Vice - President) Dr. rrrrrrrrr(Secretary) TUTORIAL SYSTEM The tutorial system helps a great deal in building up a closer contact between the teacher and the taught. Each class is considered as a group and a member of the staff serves a tutor in-charge. Students are expected to furnish all their personal details to the tutor in-charge. Students are expected to furnish all their personal details to the tutor prescribed form for a better understanding of the student. The tutor is to meet his/her ward as often as possible. The student can approach the tutor for guidance on educational and personal affairs and seek remedies to his/her problems and difficulties. Co-ordinator : COLLEGE UNION The students elect the office bearers of the College Union. All the co-curricular activites of the college are organized and conducted by the college union under the guidance of the Principal and the Teachers. Talented students are given all available opportunities to compete in the various inter-collegiate competitions. ALUMNI ASSOCIATION An Alumni Association functions in the college.
